FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT
We’ve been taught to stay within a box -- our social conditioning -- and for most people, it is not working so well. How then do we recognize each person’s uniqueness and gifts?
The answer lies within each person. This is not about a religious belief, which can fit people into another box -- and sometimes end up being yet another divisive force.
This hidden solution comes from the spark within, the higher consciousness each person can access. This next frontier reveals how people can get the most out of life. Beyond having a healthy lifestyle and satisfying work, there is still more to life. There exists a deeper reason why we are here on this planet. The answer to this perennial challenge can be found in a person’s spiritual awareness, sometimes called the soul.
By connecting with one’s inner wisdom, many benefits result
We have made extraordinary breakthroughs in science, technology and medicine. Yet why in 2021 are Google searches for “burnout” 5000% higher than last year? Why is anxiety (36% mental health searches) and depression (23% searches) plaguing a growing number of people?

The answer lies within each person. This is not about a religious belief, which can fit people into another box -- and sometimes end up being yet another divisive force.
This hidden solution comes from the spark within, the higher consciousness each person can access. This next frontier reveals how people can get the most out of life. Beyond having a healthy lifestyle and satisfying work, there is still more to life. There exists a deeper reason why we are here on this planet. The answer to this perennial challenge can be found in a person’s spiritual awareness, sometimes called the soul.
By connecting with one’s inner wisdom, many benefits result. One becomes more open to new perspectives. A person feels more alive and creative. An individual’s purpose and connection to others becomes evident. Then instead of going through the motions, a cog in the wheel, a person recognizes their own uniqueness and how they can contribute to others.
“As you connect with your soul, your world shifts and expands. Your mess becomes your message. You lighten your load to free yourself and to help others more,” notes Phillip Mountrose, co-author of the new book The Loving Power of the Soul: A Guidebook for Realizing Your True Potential.
Besides giving direction and guidance, the soul provides healing. Healing has previously focused on improving thoughts (cognitive thinking, from the top down). And it also sometimes focuses on body-somatic healing (healing trauma from the body up).
Now we’ve come to a more holistic and inclusive approach. With a soul-based guidance, a person can heal both thoughts and feelings, while learning how to integrate body-mind-soul. The soul can provide repair and well-being through energy healing, such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) energy tapping and Spiritual Kinesiology.
With more inner guidance and direction, we can deal with the growing crises to find solutions outside the box. To deal with climate crisis, pandemics, cultural and racial divides, we need a larger, more soulful perspective. Then answers and resources emerge. Then many more people can feel included and know they matter and can make a difference.
Pioneers and innovators in the realms of spiritual growth and healing, Phillip and Jane Mountrose are holistic coaches, energy healers and authors of numerous books including Getting Thru to Your Emotions with EFT, Getting Thru to Your Soul and The Ultimate Paradigm Shift. The mission of Awakenings Institute, their non-profit organization, is to facilitate “the unique gifts that each individual brings receive, honor and respect, where all are nurtured in allowing their gifts to blossom.” |
