Author Amanda Stieff teaches, of all things, Physical Education at Arroyo Seco Junior High in the William S. Hart District. When she isn’t making her students run the mile, she loves writing and playing pickleball. This is her debut children’s book.
Illustrator Chelle Thompson is a graduate of California Institute of the Arts and has art work in venues across the country. She enjoys creating Pumpkin Kitty illustrations that involve her favorite holiday, Halloween.
Pumpkin Kitty combines individuality, science, and Halloween into one playful, rhyming story. Magically, Pumpkin Kitty is half kitten and half pumpkin.
