Lake Forest, California - Greenshine New Energy is introducing Greenshine Connect, a user-friendly app designed to bring freedom and flexible settings to solar lighting systems. With the adoption of Mesh Networking and Bluetooth technologies, extensive commercial solar lighting systems can now be interlinked wirelessly, similar to a mini-internet of solar-powered lights controllable through a simple app on your smartphone or tablet. Greenshine Connect is available beginning Thursday, May 20 with all commercial solar lighting projects moving forward.

Once Greenshine Connect is set up, customers will have the full ability to set varying levels of brightness throughout the day and night, schedule on/off functions based on the starting voltage value, activate the device's motion detector(s), and accommodate special brightness needs such as severe weather settings. Greenshine Connect is equipped with a 24/7 live data and statistics feed, enabling users to view solar panel voltage/current, battery voltage/capacity, light voltage/current, and the ambient temperature or weather.
Combining Bluetooth and mesh networking enables many-to-many device communications and optimizes for creating large-scale device networks. Bluetooth mesh networking is an actual wireless system, no wiring is required for installation and you can connect multiple devices through the available iOS and Android app interfaces.
