FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT

Savvy Coders announces they have been selected by St. Louis Small Business Monthly as a “Future 50 Company” indicating the firm is one of the fastest growing small businesses in the St. Louis area.

The award is based on nominations from clients and other business owners. It honors those companies who will play a large role in the future of business in St. Louis. The recognition is not only based on revenues and future potential but also on contributions to the community.

All Future 50 award winners were honored at a special luncheon on August 22, 2018. Savvy Coders will also be featured in the September, 2018 edition of Small Business Monthly. The magazine said stories on Savvy Coders and the Future 50 companies will not only be inspiring but will encourage others to start their own endeavors.

“Savvy Coders has come a long way in helping those in the area’s underserved communities learn valuable web development skills to help them pursue employment opportunities in St. Louis’ booming tech industry. We are proud that we have over 150 graduates in just three years of operation and proud of our impact in helping other small firms achieve their business goals. Everyone associated with Savvy Coders is extremely excited to have received this special award,” said Elaine Queathem, Founder of Savvy Coders.

The Savvy Coders technology boot camp is an intensive 80 hour course on the most up to date techniques on HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. It is a joint effort of Savvy Coders and community agencies to teach a solid foundation of software development skills to the underemployed and unemployed in the St. Louis area.
