Icertis Selected by Central City Concern to Aid in Fight Against Homelessness, Poverty and Addiction

Innovative Nonprofit Replaces Manual Contract Management Processes to Ensure Contractual Compliance


BELLEVUE, Wash., August 13, 2018 – Icertis, the leading provider of enterprise contract management in the cloud, today announced Central City Concern, a Portland, Ore., nonprofit serving people impacted by homelessness, poverty and addiction since 1979, selected the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform to serve as its foundational contract management system.

The ICM platform is at the center of Central City Concern’s digitization of its contract management processes to ensure contractual compliance across 36 different entities, 40 properties and almost 40 discrete programs.
