Josh Covett, David Kochman, and Mike Tuck join the nonprofit’s Board along with new Vice Chair, Keith Winn. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT
MedShare, an Atlanta-based humanitarian aid organization dedicated to global health, has announced the names of a new Vice Chair and three new members of their Board of Trustees for the Fiscal Year, 2019. Josh Covett, David Kochman, and Mike Tuck will join the Board of Trustees, along with current Board member, Keith Winn, being named Vice Chair.
Josh Covett is Market Leader for Movement Mortgage, a top-10 national retail mortgage lender and one of the fastest-growing mortgage companies in the U.S. Josh has been involved with MedShare in various capacities as a donor and volunteer leader, including
chairing the Southeast Regional Council and chairing four fundraising events-- two Talk and Taste and two Kaleidoscope events, both hosted by the Southeast Regional Council. Josh holds a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
David Kochman is Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Deputy Chief of Staff at Henry Schein, Inc., the world’s largest distributor of health care products and services to office-based dental, animal health, and medical practitioners. David is actively involved with numerous charitable organizations and has received many prestigious awards recognizing his dedication to public service. He received his B.A. in Philosophy and Middle Eastern Studies from Emory University and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Mike Tuck is Vice President of Global Product Supply with Halyard Health, an Owens and Minor Company. With Halyard Health, Mike leads a team of over 9,500 medical device product supply professionals focused on saving lives. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida with a minor in business. Mike serves on the Advisory Board of the Medical Device Supply Chain Council. He is also a Master Trainer of “Culture of Accountability” and has personally trained over 5000 people on that program.
New Vice Chair Keith Winn is serving in his second year on MedShare’s Board of Trustees. He is founder and Managing Member of XM Advisory, LLC in Atlanta, GA. Recently retired from USAA, Winn was a senior customer experience executive who devoted his 30-year career to leading financial services businesses. Keith has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia.
