The Michael at Presidio, a 415-apartment and townhome community, opened in September 2016.
Located at SH 45 & N. Apartments will range in size from 504 to 1,938 square feet and include one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
“Our first project in this area, The Michael, has seen rapid success and The Elizabeth will compliment this growing community with more social, communal and flexible spaces, and beautifully designed interiors,” said StreetLights CEO, Doug Chesnut.

The community is just minutes away from restaurants, shops, corporate offices and local attractions. The Elizabeth will provide a full suite of outdoor amenities nestled within a grove inclusive of string light lit outdoor patios, luxurious pool deck, grilling stations covered by a greenhouse structure, hanging bed tree loungers, community fire pit, beer garden with deck stage, pet park and dog wash. Inside, the abundance of amenities include co-working and conference spaces, cocktail and coffee bar, makers garage with chefs kitchen and craft sink, a state of the art fitness center with flex yoga and bike studio and so much more. Apartment homes will offer high-tech features including Sonos® Surround Sound as well as beautifully designed interior schemes complete with quartz and granite countertops, custom cabinetry, urban-style mud rooms, stainless steel appliances, and numerous other modern features.
