FOURMIDABLE, a diversified, national real estate management company, has expanded its property portfolio further in Ohio by becoming the managing agent for The Village at Arlington I & II.
The dual layer program consists of 120 multi-family low income units in Youngstown, Ohio. The Village at Arlington offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer connections, and paid utilities. A playground and community clubhouse with a resident computer center is also available.
“We have been managing Arlington Heights I & II for the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority in Ohio since October 2017.
