FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT
Belize -- ISIN.Organization (ISIN.org), the independent service provider specializing in securities identification code application consulting on behalf of issuers of public and private securities as well as data vending solutions to the debt and equity industries, announces the continued expansion of its global, web-based listing service for existing securities identification code holders and new issuers. ISIN is the acronym for "International Securities Identification Number," an alphanumeric identifier which is the global financial industry standard for identifying a specific equity, debt or derivative financial instrument issued by public corporations, private companies and partnership entities. According to financial industry experts, upwards of 40 million ISIN codes have been issued since 1994.
The ISIN.org database service enables issuers of equity and debt, including public corporations, hedge funds, mutual funds, unit trusts and operators of private partnerships to provide existing and prospective investors with a reporting tool that provides greater transparency as to the details of financial instruments outstanding, including the most current net asset value of the respective investor holdings. The ISIN.org database service facilitates the display of Issuer information within an easily-accessed, web-based portal.
Level 1 Database members are subject to an annual database fee for each individual profile or code stored within the ISIN.org system. Database fees apply only to companies that wish to add their profiles, or maintain their profiles on, the ISIN.org database. ISIN.org will upload the data to the ISIN.org database on behalf of the Level 1 member (unless the subscriber is a Level 2 member which can be done by the subscriber themselves). Failure to pay ISIN.org a listing fee or failure to pay the annual database maintenance fee will not impact the validity of the ISIN or other code that has been issued by a respective national number agency. ISIN.org does not issue or assign ISINs but is a consulting firm that assists companies with offering document preparation and services related to obtaining securities identification codes or other business services as well as maintenance of company profiles on ISIN.org’s own vast database.
Level 2 Lifetime members are able to log into the ISIN.org database and upload their own profiles or codes at any time and their profiles will be listed in the ISIN.org database in perpetuity.
