McCarthy Might Return To Pitch In The Playoffs For The Athletics

McCarthy was hit in the head with a line drive while pitching against the Los Angeles Angels, on Wednesday, September 5th. McCarthy has recovered from the accident, and might be ready to pitch in the playoffs, if the Athletics make a deep run and need him.
