JERICHO, NY — Sanders Thaler Viola & Katz, LLP has announced that Barry E. Palczewski has joined the firm as a Senior Associate in their Trusts and Estates Group.
Mr. Palczewski has more than 20 years experience in judicial accountings for probate and administration of decedents, estates, family, wealth, philanthropic, gift and estate tax planning. As a Senior Fiduciary Accountant, he has provided services to individuals in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration and taxation of individuals, trusts and estates.
He began his career as a Public Accountant with Oppenheim, Appel and Dixon & Co. (currently Grant Thornton LLP) and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President. He later worked at Kelley, Drye and Warren LLP in New York City and then at Blair and Potts in Stanford, Connecticut before joining Sanders Thaler Viola & Katz, LLP. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science from Baruch College-City University of New York.
