DENVER, CO (July 25, 2012) – Catapult Growth Partners, LLC is pleased to announce that Steve Daitch has joined Catapult as Senior Consultant and Managing Director of Thought Leadership Events and Research. Steve will be responsible for extending Catapult’s unique series of thought leadership conferences and roundtables. He will also provide clients with advisory services on strategic planning, business development and talent management. Steve will be based in San Diego providing Catapult with a California office.
Steve comes to Catapult after four years of growing his own consulting firm and with 35 years of experience developing focused strategic insights resulting in upside growth for legal industry and professional services firms. For over 18 years he held numerous senior leadership positions within Thomson Reuters. From 2006 to 2009 he served as Vice President and CMO of the Thomson Consulting Group (Hildebrandt International, Baker Robbins and Thomson Litigation Consulting) and Vice President and General Manager of Hildebrandt Peer Monitor (2009). During this time Steve was also Managing Director of Legal Executive Briefings leading the design, production and management of the Legal Executive Briefings at Pebble Beach.
After starting his own consulting practice in 2009, Steve managed the expansion of the 2010 Legal Executive Briefing at Pebble Beach to include law firm leaders world-wide and developed a new 2011 Briefing in Hong Kong for the leaders of the largest firms in Asia Pacific. Steve’s consulting work has included strategic planning, business development and working with legal industry information and software providers on product development.

Steve earned his J.D. at the University of San Diego School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar. He has a Master’s Degree in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University. Steve also holds a Yellow Belt designation from the Lean Legal Sigma organization and Certificates in Financial Planning from the Wharton School and in Leadership Development from the Center for Creative Leadership.
