The Mod Weekender returns to Brighton over the August bank holiday weekend, with events taking place throughout the city.

Fans of Mod culture can ride their scooters to Brighton later this summer to enjoy this year's Mod Weekender.
The event, which is presented by New Untouchables and takes place over the August bank holiday weekend, was voted the best UK weekender by readers of Mod Generation in 2011 and organisers have promised to try to do even better this year.
Events are set to take place at various venues throughout the city, with Volks Tavern - famed for its appearance in the classic 1979 film Quadrophenia - hosting live bands, DJ sessions and a market.
All evening events will be held at the Komedia Theatre from 23:00 BST onwards and those planning to attend have been advised to purchase their tickets early, as all three nights have sold out in previous years.
Tickets have already gone for the Saturday night, but are still available for Friday and Sunday, priced at £8 and £12 respectively.
In response to overwhelming demand for Saturday tickets, organisers have also secured use of the Psychosocial Club, where guest DJs will be performing on the night. Tickets for this event are priced at £10.
