Lucernex Technologies announced today that Helzberg Diamonds, Inc. has selected Lucernex’s cloud-based Lx Retail solution to manage its over 200-store portfolio of mostly mall based locations in 37 states.

Dallas, TX (May 14, 2012) – Lucernex Technologies announced today that Helzberg Diamonds, Inc. has selected Lucernex’s cloud-based Lx Retail solution to manage its over 200-store portfolio of mostly mall based locations in 37 states. Lx Retail will replace Helzberg’s legacy system REM.
“We selected Lucernex because we wanted a product that could handle lease administration as part of a complete store lifecycle solution on one platform”, said Steve DeMott, Director – Application Development and Support. “The Lucernex implementation methodology offers easy to use tool sets that give us the flexibility to make the system our own”.

In addition to replacing their existing lease administration and rent accounting solution, REM, in preparation for the FASB rules changes, Helzberg will be utilizing all other modules of the Lx Retail platform including Market Analysis, Site Selection, Project Management, Facility Management and Capital Project Management.
