A survey conducted by research firm YouGov last month found that Australia was the number one destination for Brits considering a move abroad, with the United States and Canada taking second and third place respectively. More than two-fifths (42 per cent) of the 1,650 UK adults polled said they would "seriously consider" leaving Britain, while 6 per cent of respondents said they were actively making plans to leave the country.
