Leighmans saw off competition from a range of local businesses and entrepreneurs who all pitched their companies and products to a "Dragons’ Den" style panel of entrepreneurs and business specialists.
Leighmans managing director Darren Leigh presented the Leighmans proposition to the judging panel, demonstrating various corporate gifts and gadgets. The panel reported its particular liking for Leighmans' new touchscreen technology product range - smart adhesive strips which let users operate touchscreen devices when wearing gloves.
The devices - named iPrints devices - have already seen a fast take-up from consumers and companies, with commuters and mobile workers finding them especially beneficial. The iPrint stickers are just one of the hundreds of customisable products available through Leighmans.
