Suntec Singapore will host an event called Food Revolution this May that will showcase the very best of past, present and future cuisine.

Singapore tourists will be able to experience the joys of cuisine in a whole new way when the Food Revolution show comes to the city from May 25th to 29th 2012.
The five-day event will be held at Suntec Singapore and will showcase the most creative elements of cooking culture, based on a theme of past, present and future.
In the Memory Lane zone, guests can sample nostalgic Asian treats such as dragon beard sweets and traditional breads, while the Modern World section features contemporary Korean, Latin and Japanese cuisine, among others.
Celebrity chef Eric Teo will be based in the Modern World section and is creating five dishes especially for the Food Revolution show.
Meanwhile, in the Future Space, attendees will see dessert specialist Janice Wong whip up a number of innovative avant-garde offerings, including the Seaweed Marshmallow Ceiling and Gummy Walls.
Other events and workshops include a nutritional cooking seminar, wine appreciation and even a singing chef cooking demo.
Food Revolution runs from 11:00 to 22:00 local time each day and offers free entry to most events, while tickets for Teo and Wong's demonstrations can be purchased for a combined S$80 (£39.90).
