With the signing into law of a national healthcare program, President Obama created the framework for what could be one, government-mandated, RFID chip for every American citizen. Dr. Richard Ruhling says the Bible warns against it. "If any man...receive a mark [without which 'no man can buy or sell,' Rev 13:17] in his forehead or hand, the same shall drink of the wine of wrath of God," Rev 14:9, 10.
The context of this warning is when a "lamb-like" beast [symbol of Christ representing a Christian nation] changes to speak like a dragon [making laws against its principles of freedom] and causes the world to make an image (look-alike) to the previous beast [system of government] that early Americans held to be the Old World Order. Ruhling believes this is about a New World Order.

'Speaking like a dragon' could also apply to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that allows arrest and detention of US citizens without trial. “Many Americans were shocked to find out that this order gives the president practically unlimited power over US citizens and their property. All in the name of national security of course.”
This is for suspected terrorists of course, but some legislators have been concerned that this could include pro-life or gun rights activists, homeschoolers, returning veterans or Bible prophecy believers against New World Order as potential domestic terrorists.
News of joint drills with Russian soldiers in the US and the NATO troops planned drill in Chicago are ominous. The Milwaukee Red Cross was asked to ready places for refugees from Chicago’s planned exercise.
With leaders, laws and events striking at the foundations of America, we might expect a huge earthquake soon to outwardly manifest what is happening at the core. A national calamity May 6 or later could mean martial law for six months, a free by-pass of November’s elections and a welcome to New World Order.
