National treasure and TV icon Sir Bruce Forsyth will be giving a rare live performance at the Bournemouth Pavilion on April 26th 2012.

Bournemouth's Pavilion Theatre is set to provide the venue for a spectacular live show by legendary entertainer Sir Bruce Forsyth in April 2012.
The veteran TV presenter and beloved national icon will return to the stage for the first time in more than a decade and treat the crowd in Bournemouth to a unique blend of comedy and music on April 26th.
Sir Bruce has been working in showbusiness for more than 70 years and is a Saturday night institution for millions of Brits, thanks to hugely popular shows such as The Generation Game, The Price is Right and latterly Strictly Come Dancing.
However, the 84-year-old has claimed that performing live remains his true love, saying: "Television is great but for me as a performer nothing compares to a live theatre show."
Tickets to see Sir Bruce in his element are priced at £35, with the show due to begin at 20:00 BST.
The organisers have advised attendees to arrive up to an hour in advance, in order to ensure they can find parking on what is sure to be a busy night.
