Announcement of initial board of directors

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT

Hugs-N-Bugs, Inc., the nation’s only non-profit organization whose goal is to help families affected by childhood cancer with financial assistance as well as music therapy for the child, has appointed their first three board members. Since the announcement of their long-awaited 501(c)3 status in November, 2011, CEO and originator Christopher Milo, has been developing the criteria to appoint the best people to run, protect and grow his organization.

As part of its formation process, Hugs-N-Bugs, Inc. is now pleased to announce the appointment of the first three members of the Board of Directors: Mr. Tom Hardin, Mr. Justin Olesky and Mr. Brian Bach.

Mr. Tom Hardin will act as President of the Board of Directors. His main focus will be on the overall completion of the objectives of the organization. Tom’s education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from Miami University and his Masters in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. He is currently employed by Key Bank in the Enterprise Technology Team as a Crisis Manager. Through the diversity of his business knowledge, his education and experience, Tom will focus on the delivery of the Hugs-

Mr. Justin Olesky will fill the role of Vice President and will focus on the operations of Hugs-N-Bugs. Justin is currently attending classes through Tiffin University and is seeking his BBA in Organizational Management. Justin is currently employed at CSA Group/OnSpeX in Independence where he is a Technical Team Lead.

This experience has helped prepare Justin for the day to day rigors of a non-profit organization through his people skills, organizational development and implementation of procedures. Justin, along with his wife Kristen, also volunteer with the Special Olympics of Summit County. They live in Akron, Ohio with their two sons. Justin can be reached at JustinOleskyHugsNBugs.org

Mr. Brian Bach has been chosen as Vice President of Finance and will be responsible for monitoring all the financial aspects of Hugs-N-Bugs. He is a Business Banker for the PNC Bank in Wayne County. In this role he focuses on building and enhancing relationships primarily with lending and deposit-only clients through offering cash management solutions to help businesses run more efficiently and profitably. Prior to joining PNC, Brian spent the last 14 years with FirstMerit Bank and National City Bank. His banking background includes experience in Leasing, Dealers Sales, Retail Underwriting and Business Banking. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bowling Green State University and has completed Retail Credit and Commercial Underwriting programs with the American Bankers Association. Brian is active in the community, most recently serving as the Loaned Executive for the United Way of Medina County. He is also a member of the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce, the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and Wadsworth Youth Football. He resides in Wadsworth with his wife, Cheryl and four children. The Hugs-N-Bugs Board is working hard to drive the goals and mission of the organization while providing CEO, Christopher Milo, the support needed to see his vision spread to as many children as possible. The team is looking forward to this coming year and all of the success that will come their way.

About Hugs-N-Bugs: The mission of Hugs-N-Bugs, Inc. is to reduce the pain and suffering of any family touched by childhood cancer through the use of music therapy, education and financial assistance directed to the families by asking the question, “What do you Need?”. In addition, they assess the situations and create realistic solutions to these concerns. Hugs-N-Bugs, Inc. will be applying for their first grants in early 2012.
