It is clear that the global economic meltdown is rapidly progressing and has affected even first world countries. UK is not an exception.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
UK, 10 February 2012 –Overseas property adviser Assetz stated that UK property prices have been falling for eight months now. With Britain on the brink of second recession, property investment specialist Rick Otton believes that the real estate market will suffer the most as banks will be less willing to approve loans.
“Recent news shows that the UK economy is almost failing, as evidenced by the current property market struggling to weather these challenging times. Real estate investment companies are going bankrupt if the property prices do not pick up soon,” Mr. Otton said.
Despite the price drop which has been running since the second quarter of 2011, first-time buyers are reported to have spent 0.7% more. Mr. Otton said that this will be a difficult time for real estate investment.
“Loans will be almost impossible to get approved because the lenders are hesitant to lend money due to the weak economy. The solution would be property investment strategies that do not rely on banks,” he said.
Rick Otton is known for his revolutionary strategies in real estate and has taught thousands of students how to create a solid property portfolio with no bank loans and no cash.
“My strategies themselves were born on a situation parallel to what the UK is going through right now. During the Savings and Loans crisis in Texas in 1980, I wanted to buy houses but the banks would not grant me any loan. They stopped lending so I formulated my own strategies,” Mr. Otton continued.
Rick Otton’s property strategies have been proven successful in several countries including Australia and the US. He travels regularly to teach his students how to create positive cash flow through real estate investment.
“I want to teach people strategies that will get them through this financial crisis, and other difficult times to come. I want to help them achieve their dreams, be it to buy their dream house or to jumpstart their career in the property market. We should not be hindered by a failing economy, we should find a way to fulfill our goals despite the depressing situation,” said Mr. Otton.
