Tulix has consulted with several clients to bring their programming to the popular device
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Atlanta, GA February 6, 2012 – Tulix Systems, Inc. EVP Dr. Nino Doijashvili announced the company’s latest offering in the burgeoning on-line content delivery industry. “Tulix is proud to now offering Roku Streaming Application development and hosting for clients broadcasting on-demand or live content.” Dr Doijashvili proclaimed.
“Roku is an affordable, rich video streaming solution that delivers high quality television broadcasts into homes through an internet connection and without the need for cable access.” Nino continued. “Roku allows content owners to extend their broadcast reach affordably and flexibly through either free or paid subscriptions from viewers” she elaborated.
Tulix Systems works with the content provider and Roku to tailor the station’s application. The channel is then made available, to the viewer, through the Roku store and delivered as a branded application for individual consumer selection and subscription. Tulix then hosts the application and delivers the content to the viewer through its network of premium, optimized Tier 1 bandwidth. “It is our backend network and infrastructure that truly makes Tulix Systems unique. We have already placed several of our clients on the Roku platform and they are seeing a remarkable increase in viewership” she continued.
In addition to Roku, Tulix delivers live event broadcast, video on-demand and online DVR streaming solutions for PC, Apple iDevices, Blackberry, Android and other Smartphones. The company’s solution capabilities include broadcast capture from satellite for web ingestion (SatStream), application creation, broadcast encoding for multiple devices and streaming formats (UniStream), delivery through our Tier 1 content delivery network and support.
“We believe that, in addition to the platforms we offer, our greatest benefit to our clients is our deep understanding of this marketplace. We have been at the forefront of content streaming on the web since its beginning” she concluded.
