The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, in association with Andy Heller is announcing a weekend workshop for real estate investors on bank-owned foreclosures and lease options. This event will take place on February 4, 2012 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located at 100 Berlin Road in Cromwell, CT.
