Upgrades include faster and easier set up, improved analytics screens and lower cost

In December 2011, HubShout CEO Chad Hill and HubShout President Dr. Adam Stetzer announced significant upgrades and enhancements to the company’s phone lead tracking system for SEO resellers and direct clients. Improvements have been made in both the infrastructure of call tracking and phone call reporting in the HubShout software. This announcement comes on the heels of the release of major upgrades to HubShout’s white label email marketing program.

With the upgrades to the phone call tracking platform, SEO resellers and direct clients can easily determine the source of the leads from their advertising and marketing efforts. Leads from white label email marketing, PPC, SEO and other online and offline campaigns are reported on the client’s dashboard.
Clients and SEO resellers who request phone call lead tracking for any online or offline campaign are now able to order an instantly activated phone number. Prior to the upgrade, clients experienced a delay in activation of a new phone number.
In the HubShout dashboard, all SEO resellers and clients can set up and track leads from their SEO, PPC, white label email marketing or other campaign they wish to track. Several screens have been added to HubShout’s analytics dashboard that allow the end users to purchase, set up and manage their call tracking numbers.
Once a phone tracking number is purchased, clients can select any or all of the following options:
- Call recording
- Whisper feature - system can announce the source of the call at the moment the phone call is answered and prior to connection to the caller
- Source reporting - phone numbers can be assigned a source tag to identify whether the call came from PPC, a white label email marketing campaign, SEO and so on
HubShout’s dashboard has been improved so that the analytics screen displays the phone call by source and label. A phone number can be set up to show a source such as “email” when it comes from a white label email marketing campaign, or “PPC” when it comes from a pay-per-click campaign.
HubShout has integrated the services of a new phone company and negotiated an affordable pricing plan. All of the new phone tracking features come at a lower cost than the previous service.
SEO resellers and direct clients who take advantage of the phone tracking system can request tracking set up support from HubShout’s account management team. Each reseller and client has a dedicated account manager who will assist with set up.
