Phoenix, AZ – Nextage Elite Realty, which offers a dynamic new real estate model that is experiencing unprecedented growth in the U.S., despite a challenging housing market, has announced its first major strategic venture. Nextage Elite Realty one of 6 Arizona offices, based in Tempe, will join with Superstition Realty, whose owner and Broker, Frank Talbott and their agents, will become part of the Nextage Elite team.
Owner, Nextage Elite Realty Kirsten Shafer was joined by Superstition Realty Founder, Frank Talbott. Frank said, "This move into the Nextage organization brings a new business model that includes all the latest in online technology of services to complement our existing quality customer care in this ever changing market."
Kirsten Shafer, Owner of Nextage Elite Realty is equally excited about the changes. “We are excited to announce the merger of Superstition Realty in Apache Junction with Nextage Elite Realty! The experience, reputation and knowledge of the Superstition Realty team is outstanding.” The agents are coming to Nextage Elite Realty with a combined 100 or more years of experience selling in Pinal County and the East Valley, with a focus on the Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, and Coolidge markets. Nextage Elite Realty is proud and thrilled to participate in the growth plans in the far East Valley and expansion into Pinal County.
The Apache Junction office is located in downtown Apache Junction at 115 N. Apache Trail with amazing views of the Superstition Mountains minutes from the scenic drive out to the lakes, mountains and historic sites of Apache Junction.
Frank Talbott Sr. has been the Broker/Owner of Superstition Realty since 1978 and has been proud to have a team of agents who have insisted upon providing quality service to the community. Many of Superstition Realty’s agents have been providing quality service with the agency for 20 or more years. Kirsten Shafer, Owner/Broker of Nextage Elite Realty says, “Frank has a wealth of information and we are excited to have him continue to share with us his experience.”
Nextage Elite Realty formerly Superstition Realty offers extended services including all that you would expect from a full service real estate company and in addition offer property management in Apache Junction, property management in Gold Canyon, short sales in Apache Junction, short sales in Gold Canyon and short sales in Queen Creek.
A merger celebration will planned in November or early December - details of the event are not yet available. This will be an opportunity for us to get the word out about the changes and will allow us to invite other agents and community members to learn about the company.
Nextage Property Solutions Principal John Gall, a past Arizona Association of REALTORS president and "REALTOR of the Year" recipient, is equally excited about the Nextage model. "As I travel around the country, I see agents and brokers struggling with a model that hasn't adapted well to today's real estate market. Nextage offers an opportunity to 'build a business, not just do business™'. Many agents and Brokers have seen the model work and the company is seeing unparralled growth nationwide.
