SIVA Partners (exclusive partner of Albania Property Group) announces the launch of a Joint Venture with VISTA Group Albania for the development of Porto Vista. An exclusive 5 star luxury master planned community. This luxury development will have the first marina in Albania that has the ability for large yachts to dock. In addition to this, the development will have 3 championship golf courses on the water with the largest casino on the Adriatic Coast. It is projected that the total development cost will be close to $750MM.
Porto Vista is 754 acres of waterfront property with 2.5 miles of continuous shore. It is in a protected lagoon, providing security from storms off of the Adriatic. The master planned community will have over 2000 residential units, comprising of villas and apartments connected to each other by means of “Venetian” canals, a modern day Venice.
