QR Codes (Quick Response) codes originated in Japan and are a uniquely generated 2–D barcode that can be scanned using any web–‐enabled Smart Phone. Printed QR Codes have been installed on several retail sites such as the Hesperia Marketplace (Main St & 11th St, Hesperia),Hi Desert Plaza (Bear Valley Rd & Hesperia Rd, Victorville) and 14689 Valley Center Drive, Victorville. Kursch Group has also incorporated QR Codes on a direct mail campaign for an available property on Mariposa Road.
The brokers of Kursch Group generate the property specific QR codes as an enhancement to their listings; printed codes are then visible in each window of a vacant property. This allows viewers to quickly scan the code and view additional information about the space for sale or lease. Clients are shown pricing, space plans, and contact information, all without the need to search or having to make a phone call.
