WorkSmart Goes Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

WorkSmart adds a special pink ribbon theme to their website in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

The firm has added a special pink ribbon theme to their website to draw attention to the cause.

A partner of the Susan G. Komen For the Cure® NC Triangle Affiliate, the firm provides IT support services to help promote the organization’s mission. In addition to their pro-bono services, WorkSmart organized a team of 12 participants for the 2009 Komen NC Triangle Race for the Cure® held Saturday, June 13th at Meredith College in Raleigh.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure is the global leader of the breast cancer research and prevention movement and has invested more than $1 billion since 1982. Events such as the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, and generous contributions from partners, sponsors and supporters have made the organization the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.
