FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Detailed review of TheGameSupply.net a virtual trading company specializing in brokering the sales of World of Warcraft accounts, WoW accounts, and Aion accounts.

Site Layout.

The first thing you notice when visiting http://www.tgs.net/ is the clean and crisp feel of the site. The graphics are all very crisp and high quality while still maintaining a quick load time, (under 2 seconds each time I visited.) The focal point is a 3 section news section in the center of the page. When I visited the 2 articles that were up were very eyecatching and well written. The third was a sort of anchor slot for keywords: Sell World of Warcraft accounts, Buy World of Warcraft acccounts, Buy WoW accounts, and Buy Aion accounts. This seems to be pretty common practice for heavily contested SEO keywords.

Contact information:

One of the main things that companies fail to do is self promotion right on their page. Contact information and About us sections are invaluable tools for self promotion and Thegamesupply.net does an excellent job. The contact information is very detailed and easy to navigate and the About Us section offers more detail even than is necessary by speaking on the company philosophy as a whole. Especially eye catching is a sort of "mission statement" that was written by the company president: "TheGameSupply.net LLC is run as a Social Business operating and being fully immersed and involved in the gaming community. We found that the ethics and support of many sites in this niche was lacking, and set out to provide our customers with a positive experience that so many of the sites that operated in this industry failed to provide to their customers. Social Business's are driven to bring about change while still generating the funds necessary to operate in their given industry, but stay involved in their communities and offer their customers a much higher level of support and interaction."

Ratings/Reviews

Ecommerce type sites are often judged on their reviews and assuming this genre is no different what do the customers have to say. Feedback is clearly linked several places on the home page and on the product listings so there is no difficulty in seeing what other customers had to say. Reading the over 500 rated customer reviews it seems that this company has definately learned that the customer is always right and it shows by the quality of their feedback. A few examples:

"Decided to sell my account, I heard a lot about these guys before. Very good guy, I was skeptical about the whole thing. But he made the process go smoothly. Quite humorous, respectful and professional which helped make the overall experience a good one. The transaction was instantly; don't blink or you'll miss it type of thing. I highly recommend these guys to any one of you that are browsing through this site. Pleasure doing business with you Chad, best of luck." Rated by Nato in Far Rockaway, New York.

"Great experience, was very responsive and helpful, and sent the money fast. Would definitely recommend." by Cyberworf in Harrisburg, VA.

"Sold my 80 Paladin to him. Received money almost instantly. Told them I had other offers from other people and he worked with me accordingly to find a good price. I was quite a pain in the [censored] and they still helped me out!

Good to have a buyer with a sense of humor that speaks English. Actually had a pretty good phone conversation too! I highly suggest people looking for a way to sell an account check these guys out, it was a very easy and enjoyable experience." by Zoso Swede in New Port Richey, Florida."

These reviews actually seemed "too good" to be true so I investigated the site that they were placed on. Investigation showed that the site was a landmark in the online computer gaming industry and that all feedback according to the site administrators was in fact totally factual and monitored. It is difficult to find companies that instill the motivation in their customers to write lengthy reviews about their experience and this reflects well on their overall philosophy.

Licenced LLC.

The company markets as an LLC. registered in the state of North Carolina which is verified by the Verisign seal on site. When contacted, an officer of the company supplied me with Articles of Incorporation to validate this.

Overview

As far as small business ecommerce sites go this company definately has the look and feel of a first place operation. From the clear displays of contact information in form of phone, email, live chat, and mailing address prominently displayed on site to the attention to detail put into each facet of the home page to express the companies intention and ability to conduct business in their marketplace to the friendly live chat support that responded on the two occasions they were contacted.

I would rank this as a small business to be watched for growth in the future as the RMT marketplace continues to grow, so will TheGameSupply.net.
