ASUS Received Laureate Medallion from IDG’s Computerworld Honors Program. Honor Recognizes ASUS’ as One of Global IT Leaders That Has Environmental Preservation Vision

ASUS has been honored by Computerworld as the first computer manufacturer in Taiwan to remove lead completely from its motherboards and which has implemented halogen-free manufacturing processes across its product lines. ASUS was honored at the 21st Annual Laureates Medal Ceremony & Gala Awards Evening held at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington, D.C., in early June, 2009.
