New Underlying Technology Lessens Time Spent on Network Audits

NEWT Professional is a tool for performing asset management and PC auditing returning a wide range of configuration information about computer software and hardware on networked computers. It also offers several ways to view and compare the data.
The new release scans up to 50 times faster than previous versions, gathering data from hundreds of computers in minutes. Their new proprietary multithreaded scanning technology improves the reliability of returned data, virtually eliminating remote registry and WMI errors. The new method also lowers the bandwidth usage, allowing for improved scanning of wide-area networks and computers connected through the Internet.
