US Mortgage outlines how to search for the right net branch partnership. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT
Finding mortgage net branch companies is easy; locating the best net branch company is not so easy. A search for “net branch” on Yahoo lists 126,000,000 results. Most people do not go past the 1st 2-3 pages of results. With 10 results per page that’s 20 - 30 listings to review for information. That’s almost information overload.
A mortgage net branch is an arrangement in which an existing mortgage company gives a franchise to another mortgage company in order to carry out its business in a particular area. The company that gives the franchise is called the mortgage originator, while the company that takes the franchise is called the mortgage net branch. Mortgage net branches may be small companies in their own right, or they may be mortgage brokers. More information is available at http://branchlink.usmtg.com
Frank Kuri, Vice President of Branch Development offers advice on how to search for the best net branch companies.
“You should start with a list of what are the primary features that are important to you,” says Kuri. “After each feature leave a space to grade the company from 1-5 on the feature, with 1 the worst, and 5 being the best. This method becomes a grading system for all of the companies you want to talk with.”
After contacting your preferred companies, Kuri suggests considering how they responded to your request by answering the following questions:
• Did they confirm your request for information?
• Did they contact you quickly?
• Did they answer all of your questions honestly?
• Were they evasive with any of your questions?
• Did they follow up after the conversation?
The business of mortgage net branching is expanding rapidly day by day. Clients are only too happy to deal with branches of esteemed companies in their vicinities. In fact, it is mortgage net branching that has made the buying of mortgages such an immensely popular phenomenon.
