MasterPlans will develop a comprehensive document that adheres to the U.S. government’s formal application for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. Mirzam, which will operate for this venture as New Horizons Investor Green Card, is forming a hedge fund that invests foreign capital into the growth industries of agriculture, consumer services, manufacturing, and financial services. New Horizons is already exploring opportunities throughout South Florida for its limited partners. Among the exciting ventures the General Partner will target are a health and wellness center, a business recycling timber into luxury furniture, and a full-scale shrimp farm. Mirzam will solicit government approval for the Fund this fall.
