Based on the company’s continued business success across all key product divisions, Samsung Electronics Australia has appointed Jesse James as in-house public relations manager.

SYDNEY, 8 October 2007 – Based on the company’s continued business success across all key product divisions, Samsung Electronics Australia has appointed Jesse James as in-house public relations manager. Jesse will be responsible for the management and strategic direction of all public relations activity in Australia including support for special product and sponsorship projects.
With seven years public relations experience spanning both agency and in-house, Jesse brings with her four years specialist consumer electronics knowledge. This includes five years at Edelman, Samsung’s current PR agency, working on Samsung and other consumer technology accounts.

Jesse will seek to grow Samsung’s share of voice by building relationships with all key stakeholder groups and managing a variety of public relations plans.
